As a coach my focus is more on the present than the past. I provide a loving, supportive environment where we can explore your possibilities for connection to others and being free from preventable suffering. I stress compassion for self and others as key to healing. After 15 years counseling experience, I have chosen to focus my skills on coaching those who are searching for a new way of viewing themselves, others, and the world. I am passionate about my work and consider each of my clients to be complete individuals who need help finding their way back to true self.
