Adolescent and Young Adult Addiction Treatment Wilderness Treatment Center is a 60 day, inpatient chemical dependency addiction treatment facility for teens / young men between the ages of 14 and 24. We combine a conventional 30 day inpatient stay with a 16-21 day wilderness therapy expedition. Traditional Treatment + Wilderness Therapy Wilderness Treatment Center is unique program that offers the two best models of treatment under one treatment umbrella. Each client will spend their first 30 days in treatment at the facility undergoing a traditional 12 step treatment approach. After a month, each client will participate in a 16-21 days wilderness therapy expedition, to test the skills they have picked up over the first month. The wilderness therapy trip provides an environment to test real world relapse prevention issues. 30+ years of service Wilderness Treatment Center opened it's doors in 1983.
