I focus on building a positive therapeutic relationship to promote maximum positive change and growth. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and blended families suffering from issues surrounding anxiety, depression, major conflict, infidelity, divorce and parenting. I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help client's construct different realities moving forward with the way they see themselves, their family and their situation. I tailor my approach for each unique situation. In addition, I believe that one's thoughts determine their feelings and behaviors and therefore I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to identify maladaptive thinking patterns, creating more effective ways to respond to life's challenges. I am also familiar and knowledgeable about the lifestyle challenges that professional athletes and their families may face.
