I have worked with teens and families for over 33 years, and am incredibly passionate about my work. In addition to working with teens, I have advanced training in couples therapy and substance abuse. I am committed to bringing hope, change, and positive solutions to the teens, individuals, couples and families I work with, along with great results! Building Op-teen-ism In Your Teen! is the essential ingredient. I use a combination of Family Systems Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but i spice it up a bit! I offer creative and fun ways to build new skills, raise esteem, and begin making better choices in thier lives.
