People seeking consultation are motivated for growth and positive change. I work collaboratively to help clients increase self-awareness, understand the interpersonal and emotional aspects of change and growth, resolve conflicts, and have a more balanced life. After years of experience as a clinical and occupational psychologist and consulting in an international organization with senior professionals, I have a broad and deep understanding of the interaction of work and personal stresses, multicultural issues, and professional motivations. I help clients achieve their goals in ways that are consistent with their values and personal integrity. PSYCHOTHERAPY clients seek help in distress, after dealing with difficulties in their relationships, frustrations in life, or internal conflicts, which interfere with good balance, adjustment and happiness. Clients first need understanding and compassion, and then focused, collaborative work to cope better, resolve problems, have internal calm and balance, and achieve improved relationships and life satisfaction. COACHING is a partnership, to help clients clarify professional goals, increase self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses, develop insights into their behavior and values at work, overcome roadblocks to change, and implement positive change for success. My role as coach is to facilitate clients' development and help them be accountable for the changes they want.
