Strength Based Psychotherapy is a unique and holistic approach to life's challenges. I will assist you in understanding and resolving your issues while teaching you to use your strengths. It is a process of empowerment and helping you to create the life you want to live. Anyone with anxiety, depression, addiction issues, LGBT concerns, and relationship issues can benefit from this therapy. This work is suited to individuals, couples and families and I use a variety of approaches including skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation and meditation training. If you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or are feeling overwhelmed please contact me. I have been in practice for 30 + years and am a compassionate and innovative therapist. My clients find this work tremendously fulfilling and helpful. My goal is to assist people in reaching their full potential. I am also a qualified LPC Supervisor for those who need supervision for licensure.
