I view therapy as your commitment to your life, future, and yourself. I believe that various aspects of one's lived experiences are interconnected and that self-knowledge and your ability to clearly perceive and define your reality brings out inner power within you. My therapeutic approach focuses on the present while allowing the past (your past experiences) and the future (what you want to be and what you want your future to be) to inform therapy work. I collaboratively work with my clients in a wide range of issues that include life transition issues, interpersonal issues, depression, anxiety, significant losses/trauma, and so on.
