I provide individual, couple, and family counseling to those who are struggling with various issues in their personal and professional lives. Through my educational background and life experiences, I have come to place a high value on healthy relationships. I believe that healthy relationships start with healthy individuals. Depression, anxiety, anger, and other daily struggles relating to mental health show up in relationships and trickle into families and communities. All these things can lead to separation of relationships and isolation causing further distress. It is my desire to offer hope and encouragement by providing a safe place to explore past or present concerns. I have training in assessments and counseling for individual and relational concerns. I have been certified in the Prepare and Enrich Inventories that focus on premarital and marital relationships.
