If you are experiencing pain, difficulty with a loved one, or the desire to grow and change, counseling may be helpful. I work with people of all ages either individually, as couples, or in families. I encourage my clients to look within themselves for solutions to problems. I help people see their strengths and map out a journey to health and happiness. I am a certified Imago Relationship Therapist. I create and hold a safe space for people to connect on a deep level. Individuals discover how they became who they are. They learn why they react to their partners. This connection is a powerful experience which results in understanding. I am qualified to use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, (EMDR), an effective therapy for recovery from trauma, often the underlying cause of anxiety and depression. I am excited to have recently undergone instruction in using Integrated EMDR to treat headaches.This specialty has added an important tool for clients' recovery.
