I offer a safe environment for someone seeking support for their current struggles. We will work together in order to identify obstacles and build on your strengths. We will focus on helping you work through problems that may include relationship difficulties, break ups, job stress, anxiety, grief, anger, fear, sadness, addictions or other common concerns. I also use my experience and therapy intervention called EMDR to treat abuse and trauma. I have a long history in athletics and relate this to having a healthy, holistic approach to working with individuals, couples and families. Through personal and professional experience, I believe a healthy sense of meaning and a road to recovery can be achieved in response to any kind of struggle. My professional experience has involved working with children, teens, adults and families in a variety of mental health and educational settings for over 10 years.
