Would you like to have the ability to better balance your emotions and stress, learn skills to help overcome difficulties arising from current or past experiences, and improve your relationships? I hope that my holistic and strength based counseling services can help! I have been in the mental health field for over 13 years.I have worked with adults, couples, families, children, adolescents, and groups in outpatient and residential settings. I utilize mindfulness based approaches to help people address issues like anxiety, depression, addictive patterns, relationship challenges, parenting issues, and unresolved trauma. The modalities I specialize in and draw from include EMDR,Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,Yoga,Relational, Emotional Freedom Technique, Existential,Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy, Guided Imagery,Meditation,and expressive arts. I provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic experience and meet my clients where they are at.
