I have many years of experience working with families, teens and children to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. In shifting to the perspective of a licensed clinician, I have continued to work with family members of all ages and stages of life. In particular I enjoy helping individuals and families identify the change they would like to see and create a plan to make that difference. I work with clients interested in addressing difficulties in a number of areas, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting conflict and couples stress. My work includes individuals and any family members interested and willing to participate in making change. I try to be creative in exploring solutions and planning with clients. I believe in each individual's ability to improve their functioning and value their perspective on how to achieve their goals.
