Working with individuals, families and systems to improve relationship and well-being. I have worked with all levels of care for youth with mental health issues. I have extensive experience in working with families with regard to parenting issues and challenges of parenting children with SED. I have a particular interest in working with Women's issues. I believe that all individuals can get stuck in our journey of living and relationship. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach with the addressing of Thinking Errors, as well as a Solution Focused approach which is 'Rooted and Grounded in Love.' I look forward to working with individuals and families who desire to work toward improved relationship and well-being.
