I really appreciate you reviewing my profile. I provide individual, couples/marriage, and family therapy for people seeking support to better work life' s challenges. I interact with you from the premise that we all come into this world with greatness in who we are. This greatness can never be destroyed, however, it can be overshadowed by life experiences and how we interpret and respond to these experiences. I am here as a guide in supporting you through the cloud of negativity into the awareness of your significance. Come, help me help you. I work with clients from 10 y.o. and older. People I work with are dealing with issues of depression, anger control, relationship, personal development, trauma including various forms of abuse and addiction. I use a combination of personal coaching and therapy based on where you are on your journey. Coming from a Caribbean way of life, I see each client as another member of my community.
