I work with individuals, couples, children, and families dealing with (but not limited to): adjustment, anxiety/depression, conflict resolution, personal growth, child/teen/young adult emotional, behavioral, and school related problems.I have 21 years of mental health experience working in a variety of settings, including 6 years as an elementary school counselor in North Carolina. My style is conversational, reflective, solution-focused, and experiential with an integrative, holistic and systemic approach. I also conveniently share office space with a chiropractor/acupuncturist, and massage therapist and believe in integration of the total wellness of mind/body/spirit to achieve desired healing. Hours are by appointment only, and I offer flexibility with afternoon and evening appointments. I am also offering virtual/online therapy, on a case by case basis for NC and Al clients. However, I will file an out of network claim on your behalf, and I offer reduced rates based on stated need on a case by case basis.
