As a therapist, my goal is to create an environment that is warm, inviting and nurturing, an environment that is safe to disclose your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and honestly. My hope is that I create a space for you to feel open and willing to explore the struggles, challenges and confusion that are impacting your life. I believe that all people have the potential to be aware of and enhance their strengths, and as a therapist, I like to help my clients facilitate that process. It is important to me that my clients feel safe, competent, successful in their work and cared for throughout the process. In addition to being a therapist, I have worked for over 10 years as a college educator instructing students in the counseling field. With your willingness, I will help you to become more self aware and to find the balance within yourself to be more fulfilled at work, at home, and in all of your relationships.
