There are many therapists, and it is hard to know who is right for you. I encourage you to trust your intuition. Who draws you? You can meet with a therapist and together explore what feels right. Trust that what is within you will direct you where you need to go. People have the capacity for deep change once they discover their own way. Many people struggle with self-negativity. I help people understand the roots of this pattern so they can develop a more compassionate connection with the self. I have a strong background in the psychology of Carl Jung as well as psychoanalytic theory and expressive art therapies.
