I love my work as a Professional Counselor; I enjoy helping people increase their awareness of what might be holding them back from living a fuller life.I am interested in your story; I believe there is healing in the personal narrative. I specialize in working with children and parents; however I also love working with adults. I have an extensive background in special needs. learning disabilities, adoption, attachment, abuse and trauma. I am trained in biofeedback, EMDR and hypnotherapy. I offer play therapy for children and sand tray therapy for children and adults. I offer Circle of Security for Parenting (COS) and facilitate groups as well as individuals.
