The majority of our clients present for anxiety/stress concerns ranging from everyday problems to severe disorders like OCD and Panic attacks. We are also very adept and enjoy dealing with marriage and family concerns ranging from pre-marital counseling to ongoing marriage issues. Marriage issues are very common and they vary in scope and depth. We've only had two couples out of over 100 that ended up in divorce after therapy. We also have walked many people through the divorce process itself as it is also an extremely stressful process. We are considered local expert in anxiety and relationships. We've developed many successful techniques and tools that are successful to relieve and manage anxiety and stress symptoms. We've also helped many couples and families improve their communication which has led to improved relationships. We think what makes our practice unique are 2 factors. First, we have a seemingly infinite array of techniques and tools that you'll walk out with every session. Second, we try to make therapy as fun and enjoyable as possible.
