I believe in the benefits of a therapeutic relationship and understand the courage it takes to initiate therapy and share your story. It is my professional goal to meet the individual needs of each of my clients by providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Together we will focus on your strengths and create the change in your life that you are seeking. Whether you are in a place of transition or feeling stuck in pain from the past, there is hope and I believe we all can learn to live authentic and fulfilling lives. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, relationship issues, codependency, and survivors of abuse. I have worked in mental health centers, an elementary school, and a domestic violence agency. Also, I have experience in a hospital setting working with patients and families experiencing illness and/or grief and loss. My approach is compassionate and supportive. I truly feel honored to be a witness to each one of the clients I work with as they create the change they desire in their lives.
