Hello! My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place for you to explore your feelings and help you walk through whatever is troubling you. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy and client entered therapy to meet each client where they are at in their own journey. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, substance abuse, family issues and couples counseling. I also enjoy working with adolescents having troubles with life's challenges.
