Life can be rough sometimes. If you’re struggling…with depression, anxiety, marital conflict, an out-of-control child, an addiction or loss, or some other problem that feels overwhelming…I’d like the opportunity to help. For years I have had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families to gain the strength, courage, skills and insights necessary to handle life’s challenges.
