My belief is that all clients have unique insight and ability to improve their own lives, but may need the counselor and counseling sessions to help identify these strengths. I believe that in an objective, supportive environment, clients reveal their own solutions to life's difficulties. I also believe that with appropriate support, a client can maintain balance and vitality, without the need of long-lasting medication. My style is to partner with each client in identifying their individual goals they would like to achieve. Together, we then work towards realizing these goals. My style is collaborative, supportive, and coaching. My preference is to work with clients who are seeking balance and vitality in their lives. It is easy to become out of balance, which may lead to emotions such as anxiety, depression, or anger. As counselor and coach, I am focused on and enthusiastic about my client's successes! With moderate fees, various counseling packages, and weekend and evening appointments available, my services are both affordable and fit into most schedules. However what truly makes me unique is my energy, enthusiasm, and sincere interest in helping you achieve your personal and relational goals.
