I'm currently accepting new clients. I'm fortunate to have found a niche where my passion for helping people has become my life's work. I have been educated in topics of sexuality and gender, non-traditional and diverse family forms, and cultural diversity. Your goals in therapy will help us create a plan in which we work together to help you live a healthier and more satisfactory life. My philosophy as a therapist: My job is not to judge. My job is to empower the fallen, to restore the broken, and to heal the hurting. In couple's therapy, I focus on strengthening communication skills in order to resolve conflict and enhance empathy, trust, and intimacy. In family therapy, I attend to family dynamics that are creating tension in the home with the purpose of solving problems and strengthening relationships. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every individual, couple, and family is unique and deserves special consideration based on their context and goals. What is consistent through therapy is my genuine attitude, and respect for your own expertise on who you are and what will be best for you.
