I work with clients of all ages and specialize in working with individuals who have been diagnosed with a life threatening or terminal disease, their families, and caregivers. In addition, I work with infertile couples and those pursuing fertility treatment and/or adoption, as well as women who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or post abortion grief. Grief and loss are experienced at many stages of life and are often at the root of the issues presented in counseling, such as anxiety and/or depression. I also specialize in grief/loss counseling and work with a myriad of other symptoms as well. I am the founder and Executive Director of The Compassion Coalition. The purpose of the Coalition is to provide financial assistance for mental healthcare to individuals and families living with a life threatening or terminal diagnosis, as well as couples coping with miscarriage, infertility, fertility treatment, and/or adoption. I have been both counselor and counselee at different stages of my life and appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for help. I am a cancer survivor of nearly 20 years and have been married for 19 of those. We struggled with infertility and miscarriages prior to becoming parents.
