I bring warmth, humor and compassion, as well as my competence and experience, as I help others heal and move forward in their lives. I work with issues of anxiety, depression, chronic illness, attitudes regarding work and school, relationships, disordered eating, etc. I work in an inter-actional, relational framework with people from 13 to 100 as individuals, couples and families. My goal is to assist people find their own inner strengths so that they may live rich, authentic, fulfilling lives. My commitment is to honor your personal experience,and support you as you become the person you want to be. I currently see people at various times in Brunswick as well as meeting with students on the Hyde School campus.
