I offer individual & group counseling and consultation. Being scared and alone is not a good recipe for making change or big decisions. At times in our lives, many of us struggle to know what is good for us. Often what feels good right away, wins: shopping, tobacco, isolation, caffeine, alcohol, just naming a few. By learning how to pay attention to what is going on inside you and inside your life, choices begin to appear. I use a down-to-earth style of talking and teaching. My ideas usually begin with learning to slow down and listen. When we pay attention, the information we gather helps us design a new future.
