Are you stressed, worried, depressed, having communication difficulties? I can help you sort things out, get a fresh perspective and revive hope. Counseling for over 25 years from a Christian perspective, I have helped many people with depression, relationship problems, and/or overwhelming circumstances. Finding hope, discovering strengths helps renew us. Helping you by reminding you of things that "fill your tank" and build you up, energizes and enables you to be successful in other areas. Strengthening coping skills by being able to confide with a professional enables you to enjoy who you are and builds confidence. Over the years I have worked mainly in three areas: 1) Individuals worn down by depression and/or life circumstances; 2) Couples experiencing relationship stress and conflict; and 3) Children experiencing social/emotional difficulties often experienced when their parents divorce. At Christian Family Counseling I combine much professional experience undergirded with useful knowledge of scripture and a sincere desire to help you grow and be successful and happy.
