Let's throw away the idea that counseling is only for those who have a medical diagnosis. A lot of people have a preconceived notion about counseling and whether it's effective when the truth of the matter is that we all are in need of counseling at some point in our lives, whether it's related to a death, relationship, anxiety, etc. In order for it to be effective, I will assist you in developing and implementing a plan so that you'll know what to do once you're faced with that "giant" that needs assisting. I do not pass judgement on anyone no matter what the situation or dilemma may be, because I am adamant about seeing the good and positive in everything and everyone. I help you as you help me create a plan of treatment that will be most beneficial for you. As a counselor, I know that each person is different and requires different modes of treatment which is why each treatment will be customized to meet your needs.
