When you're feeling anxious or depressed, lost or simply stuck, you may need help navigating the challenges of your life. Since 1995, I've been helping clients deal successfully with real problems, using results-oriented strategies. My approach to psychotherapy is drawn from advanced training and years of experience, colored by compassion, warmth and humor. Family and couples therapy is my specialty.
