Have you sat in front of previous therapists and felt that all you did was talk? My practice focuses instead on you just talking, but doing. I want to help my clients achieve their goals and create more awareness and focus in their life. Through experiential activities, I create a world for you in which you can work on your relationship, increase communication with your family and get out of the rut you are in. I specialized in family therapy, couples therapy, and individuals with mental health disorders as well as relational issues. I also specialize in clients with anxiety, depression and other mental disorders and how these disorders affect their relational and/or family issues. I use an experiential approach by using art and psychodrama techniques. I am trained in Child-parent relationship therapy as well and run psychoeducational groups for marriage, family and relationship issues.
