I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) endorsed by the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also have level 2 EMDR training and utilize EMDR with individuals experiencing relationship distress. I bring professional experience, my own relationship experience, and the ability to put couples and individuals at ease even in times of crisis and stress.
