It takes courage to seek therapy and begin the journey towards a more satisfying life. It is not always the easiest path, but one that proves to be invaluable for most in the end. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients can openly explore all aspects of their lives in a caring, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe each client I meet is a unique individual deserving of an individualized approach and personalized treatment plan. You will never get a "one size fits all" approach with me. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 10 years of experience. I work with adults and adolescents (15+) to treat a multitude of concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, substance/alcohol use disorders, PTSD, self-esteem, sexual identity, life transitions, relationships and borderline personality disorder.. I also help my clients develop a stronger sense of self and to live more authentic lives by helping them to develop better relationships with others and themselves.
