I am eager to work with individuals motivated and willing to begin to take action in dealing with various symptoms or issues that keep them from functioning at their best. I want to work with individuals to feel empowered to invest in the process towards change embracing the idea you change your thoughts, you change your world. I want clients to gain awareness and understand emotions and thoughts and how they impact behaviors and choices and work to look at things differently and learn ways to function well in life. I have a wealth of clinical experience providing individual and family psychotherapy to teens and adults in outpatient, community based mental health, and Residential settings utilizing cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused therapy to teach clients skills that will assist them in dealing with life challenges. I bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the therapeutic space that will allow for positive change and self awareness to develop.
