I provide a strength-based, family systems approach to helping individuals, couples, adolescents and their families deal with life stressors and complex issues that impact their ability to function to their best potential. I have practiced for over 15 years as a therapist and prior to that had several years of undergraduate experience working with at-risk adolescents and their families. I believe that change happens in the context of a relationship and will join with you to identify and reach your goals for therapy. I specialize in family therapy, specifically with families struggling with issues related to their adolescent children. I am also experienced working with individuals/couples dealing with life transitions and personal development. Evening appointments available.
