Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to guide you and to help identify what your needs are. Over the past 25 years I have worked with people, individually and in small groups. I know the importance of listening and I pay close attention to both your words and what you are not saying. I worked successfully with people who experienced trauma, grief, alcohol and substance abuse, depression and anxiety. My mentor Steven Stosny taught me the importance of compassionate healing. I learned ways our belief systems, values and judgments directly affect our moods. I will provide you tools to identify areas that are blocking your life's goals. As you deepen your self-awareness you will find it easier to make decisions, feel good about yourself and move forward with your life.
