There are times in our lives when we need help riding this roller coaster called life. We get the highs, the lows, the curves and the impending feeling that the bottom is going to fall out Stress, anxiety, depression, anger, confusion, all have their parts to play in our every day lives. The decision to sit down with a highly skilled therapist is a major step and stressful in itself, yet it can be the most important door we need to open to take that first step. For 25yrs. I have been there for those willing to open that door.
