My clinical experience has been focused on issues of healthy relationships, dual diagnosis, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. I offer a wide range of clinical services which include assessments, evaluations, and groups, in addition to individual, couples, and family counseling. I work with my clients from a theoretical orientation of counseling that blends cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and family systems theories. I believe in supporting clients in their emotional growth process, while allowing them to determine their own pace and direction. I am an easy-going, positive person who likes to help others live their lives to their fullest extent.
