"That which does not kill me...makes me stronger." I believe that the saying should say "That which does not kill me...makes me suffer." We try to be strong for so many people, ourselves, our job...thinking in the end there is strength...and actually I think that is true. However, having an additional perspective while you suffer through to the point where you realize your strength is important. Also, having someone there to acknowledge your strength when you need it most is important. My 25 years of clinical experience allows me to help you navigate through complicated mental health issues, including psychiatrist, medications, and complex diagnoses such as Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
