Expertise areas include coaching empty-nest women to discover new purposes and callings in life, defeating low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, affair recovery, and reinvigorating discouraged pastors, their wives, and other leaders in stressful situations. I specialize in helping distressed people find freedom from emotional bondage and past hurts. Sensing my genuine caring and compassion, adults from 18 to 88 find it easy to discuss their toughest challenges. I am committed to building thriving marriages in all life stages. My coaching strategies emphasize strengths and self-responsibility, and reduce deadly criticism, control, and defensiveness. I also help empty nest mothers who are asking, "What's next?" to discover new callings, mission, purpose and peace while parenting adult children.
