23 years of clinical experience as a therapist, combined with over 65 years of life experience bring important qualifications to my work. I am a wife of 43 years, a mother and grandmother, have experience with cancer, deep spirituality, and live a creative life. I work with individuals, couples, and families in an atmosphere of trust, compassion, and non-judgement. I believe we all have a deep desire to live a life that best expresses who we truly are, even when we get confused or lose our way. My high standands of integrity and ethics add the perfect ingredients for this important healing work. I begin with what the client/s presents. Then together we explore, evaluate and begin to create the goals desired by the client. Creating a relationship that becomes the context for healing, growth, change, honesty and truth, I skillfully use the treatment modalities best suited to the client and situation. My desire is to help people heal, believe in themselves and learn to trust their own inner wisdom. I serve as a catalyst for developing new skills, insights and perspectives, encouraging new confidence and awareness, while attempting to lead clients to a sense of belonging and a feeling of wholeness.
