I believe that finding the right therapist is the first step in this journey. I know that change is not easy, and I am honored that you are considering me to embark on this journey with you. My goal is to provide my clients with a therapeutic environment that is safe, supportive, and non-judgmental, allowing you to be your true authentic self. I have interest in working with couples surrounding issues of communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, infidelity, gender, gender roles and expectations as well as pre-marital counseling and relationship enrichment. My interest in working with families includes co-parenting after divorce, blended families/step families, family structure, change in life stages, and communication within the family. I also work with individuals, couples, and families suffering from issues caused by addiction and substance abuse. In my work with those suffering from addiction I have found that the substance abuse is only the tip of the iceberg where underneath it all lies deep issues of grief, loss, and trauma.
