I specialize in surviving loss whether it's loss of health, relationships, finances, or your dreams. I specifically integrate the mind, body, and spirit in our work. I enjoy working with a diverse population of all ages. My research and practice is in helping relieve people's suffering whether it is a crisis or chronic. I specialize in uncovering one's true essence and identity to recruit strength, find acceptance, compassion, in better relationships, finding exits and making decisions. I have a unique education and background in helping with physical complications including pain and long term health problems. I am trained in career counseling, pre-marital work, pain management, end of life care, grief, and more.
