During my 19 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I've treated many clients who coped successfully with life's endless challenges until something happened that turned their lives upside down. Death, relationship conflicts, young adulthood struggles and other upsetting experiences can cause feelings of overwhelming anxiety, depression, abandonment, confusion or loneliness. My therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental relationship that empowers clients to think out loud, freely express their feelings and gain a sense of direction as they address their problems. They know that I'll listen carefully, take them seriously and help them regain emotional stability and peace.
