My goal is to provide affordable counseling in an informal, friendly and confidential atmosphere-to create a safe place to talk about any concern-including topics such as stress, worry, sadness, loss, relationship difficulties, adjustment challenges, troublesome behavior patterns, life crises or trauma experiences. Some people seek help because they need a neutral sounding board. Others feel stuck or face issues that interfere with their ability to feel happy and productive. I believe in helping through a compassionate, strengths-based approach so that individuals can find solutions to their problems and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
