Hello, It is my honor to be the one you may select to help you through this challenge in your life. I have been active in the Tulsa counseling community almost 30 years and have provided counseling to thousands of clients during this time. I find that it is helpful to tap into the fullness of the Mind-Body-Spirit connection to impact the problem, including organically based psychological problems. Ancient literature tells us that there is wisdom in seeking counsel - which dovetails nicely with my belief that we are "not to do life alone", but in community. Helping clients cope with relationship challenges, stress, grief, depression, anger, anxiety, medical issues e.g. ADHD, sleep problems, diabetes, cancer, constitutes the core of my practice. My work on NATO, Army, Air Force bases worldwide has provided me insight into the unique challenges faced by military personnel and their families. I see a balance of clients who simply decide it is time to address a problem or a relationship and those who are in a personal crisis such as experiencing suicidal thoughts. I also work with businesses which have experienced a crisis (tornado, plane crash, a layoff) involving their employees.
