Want to feel less anxious and depressed, heal from past trauma, find meaning in your experiences, and create a life worth living? Those may all be goals for therapy. With a Masters Degree in Psychology and over 15 years experience, I've learned lots of way to help you figure out what needs to happen for you to feel better. I use a strengths based, collaborative approach and believe that you are the expert on yourself. My training, knowledge and experience help us find the path, but it's your journey. Sometimes, we all need someone to walk with us. I have extensive training from the Beck Institute in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and expertise and training in Mindfulness strategies and Dialectical Behavior Therapy from Behavioral Technological Institute. I also have training and experience in Cognitive Processing Therapy, and have worked with many abuse survivors, including childhood sexual abuse.
