If you want to make changes in your life and are willing to work toward that goal, I would like to help you. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual therefore I develop therapy plans based on this uniqueness. With this as an important professional goal I have studied and been trained in a variety of therapies.For the past 30 years I have worked with women and men, individually, in couples, families and v special groups and I haveseensignificant changes by those who have worked with me to achieve their goals and the use of their personal power. I believe there are many ways to adapt specialties to the varied needs and preferences of my clients. Above all,I believe that a solid caring and trusting relationship is imperative to making the therapy experience successful. I chose psychology as a focus for my academic learning and psychotherapy as a focus for my career experiences because I passionately believe that most people want to feel good about their lives and about themselves. I continue to explore new developments in growth and personality development as they are presented by current research.
