After several years of experience in working with Adults and Teens, I have honed an expertise in working with the following clinical issues: Mood Disorders including Depression and Anxiety, Addictions, Dual Diagnosis, Codependency, Trauma, Self-Harm, Suicidal Ideations, Codependency, and Relational Problems. Clients frequently remark on how I foster a nonjudgmental space where they feel free to express themselves and their struggles. Many of my clients experience co-occurring problems. As a result, I have gained extensive skills helping clients transition from feeling overwhelmed, confused, and helpless to experiencing a sense of hope, mastery, clarity, and support. It gives me great joy to walk through the trenches with individuals, couples, and families towards joy and freedom. I received my MA from Richmont Graduate University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
