ACT Services was founded with you in mind. Your credit and debit card receipts won't say "mental health" and the building itself is full of various professional services, from dentists and chiropractors to massage therapists, insurance agents and financial services. Your privacy is important to us. Online scheduling and easy to communicate with! ACT Services believes quality mental health services should be available to everyone when inevitable events knock us off course and we can't "fix" it ourselves. Most people try several remedies before therapy, but sometimes extra help is needed because life just isn't going the way we want it to. Whether this is your first time in counseling or you just need a refresher, we can help you develop an individualized plan to help you achieve the goals important to you. Any questions you may have are welcomed, and once you're ready to schedule an appointment, you can call, email, or schedule online - your appointment will be reviewed once you have completed the assessment questionnaire. Please keep in mind an online appointment request does not guarantee acceptance as a client with ACT Services. Find time in your day to prioritize you. Getting to your appointment isn't supposed to be the hard part of counseling. Located only 10 minutes from Downtown Spokane, Mead, or 5-mile Prairie and 25 minutes from Deer Park or Medical Lake, we're centrally located just off the corner of Division and Wellesley in the Northtown Office Building. We offer extended office hours to assist with your busy schedule. There is plenty of free parking, and public transit users can utilize two main stops off Wellesley or Division.
